Lulu
Lulu is your well-being drink "beyond caffeine" – made from lupins, eco-friendly grown and roasted in Europe. It’s prepared like coffee, rich in nutrients and proteins but without coffee acid or caffeine.
Lulu has a mild flavour with a hint of caramel.
There are three simple ways to enjoy your Lulu. It is technically prepared like coffee – whether as espresso, french press or filter – but does a lot better. Good to know: since lupins swell much more than normal coffee, the amount of powder must always be reduced by 20% when brewing.
Lupins contain a variety of minerals (calcium, magnesium and iron), trace elements and vitamins (C, D, B6 and B12). However, as you only enjoy the infusion and not the whole bean when drinking coffee, the levels of the respective substances are low. Lulu is free from gluten, coffee acids and additives – furthermore it promotes alkalinity.
No, Lulu is naturally caffeine-free.
None at all. Lulu is 100% roasted sweet lupins. No flavors, no sugars, no additives.
We use blue sweet lupins from Germany for our roasts. The variaties we use have an above-average protein content and very little bitterness. This gives Lulu its mild aroma.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is charged at checkout. For orders above CHF 75.– shipping is free. Upon request, deliveries can also be sent as a gift. In case you like a more personal touch, pick-up is also available.
Please note that we are not currently able to ship Lulu to other countries. We will keep you updated as soon as we can! If you would still like to try Lulu and live outside of Switzerland, please email us and we will see if we can make this possible.
Shipping inside Switzerland is usually within 2–3 working days. We normally ship with A-post using the Swiss Post Service.
STEP 1 register return
1) Download the return document by clicking on this link (within 14 days of receiving the goods).
2) Fill out the document and send it to us with your order or by email.
STEP 2 Packaging and condition
Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit. It is best to use the packages and packaging materials we provide. Make sure returned items are unused and in original condition to receive a full refund. Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.
STEP 3 POSTAGE and shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs including import taxes is applicable. For returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Before you send back a product, please inform us via hello@butfirstlulu.com with your order number and name. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and we will refund the money. If you do not send us an email before returning your product, we cannot guarantee that we can process it properly.
